How do I charge the blu® Device?
Our e-cigarette batteries are shipped with a partial charge; however, for best performance with first time use, it is recommended that you fully charge the batteries before using them.
Complete the following steps:
- Remove your device and pod from packaging.
- Unfold the attached USB cord from the pack and plug it into a USB-compatible charging port.
- Connect the rechargeable device to the USB cord with the charging contacts properly aligned.
- Once your device begins charging, the red light on the end will glow and remain illuminated.
- When the indicator light turns off, your blu® is fully charged.
If the red-light blinks rapidly, remove the device for 10 seconds then re-connect the device to the USB cord. If the red light continues to blink rapidly, then the device is defective or has been depleted of its charge.

How do I know when the blu® Device needs to be recharged?
When the device battery indicator turns red, it is time to recharge your device.
You can also monitor the level of charge by the color of the device indicator light located on the bottom of your device:
- BLUE indicates the device battery has 20-100% remaining charge.
- ORANGE indicates the device battery has 5-19% remaining charge.
- RED indicates the device battery has 0-4% remaining charge. A red indicator light means it is time to recharge your device as soon as possible.
Because you may charge your blu® Device while fully assembled, vaping is possible while your device is being charged.

How do I use blu® Pods?
To use blu® Pods, complete the following steps:
- Select your preferred Pod and remove from packaging.
- Insert the Pod into the rechargeable device. You will feel it click into place.
- Once you are ready to use your blu® device, gently draw on the mouthpiece. The device will self-activate and begin producing vapor.

How should I store the blu® Device?
Store, charge, and use in a cool, dry, and ventilated area where there is little temperature change. Extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 104°F) should be avoided. Do not place the rechargeable device near heating equipment or expose it to direct sunlight for long periods.

What are the safety features of the blu® Device?
Automatic safety shutdown: If you take a single puff lasting 5 seconds or more, the blue indicator light will flash 10 times and your device will shut down and reset after a few seconds. This feature ensures that your blu® device stays within normal operating conditions to provide a consistent, quality experience.
Short circuit protection: In the event of a short circuit prior to use, the blue indicator light will flash 3 times and the unit will automatically shut down. If a short circuit occurs during operation, the indicator light will flash 5 times and the unit will shut down. Should either of these occur, charge your device with the USB cord provided.

Are other electronic cigarette chargers compatible with the blu® Device?
No. Using a different charger can cause damage to your device and can increase the risk of an electrical fire. Only use the charger included with your blu® device for charging.

Can I return a defective blu® Device?
No. All sales are final. We do not allow product returns.

Can I refill my blu® product?
No. All blu Pods, PLUS+ tanks, and disposables are intended for one-time use only. Attempting to take the product apart can result in malfunction and could also damage your device.

How do I know when my blu® product is empty?
When your blu Pod, PLUS+ tank, or disposable produces less vapor, stops producing vapor altogether, or provides an off taste, it’s time to replace with a fresh one.

What are the ingredients in the e-liquid used in blu® products?
blu products contain e-liquid that is made in the U.S.A. with domestic and imported ingredients and most include the following: Nicotine, Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin, and Natural and Artificial Flavors. Refer to the product packaging for the specific ingredient listing for each blu product.

What nicotine levels and flavors are available for blu® products?
blu® offers many nicotine options. Our Pods, Tanks, and Disposables come in a full range for your preference pleasures.

Why is the nicotine level represented as a percentage?
blu represents nicotine levels in the form of a percentage, such as 2.4%. By doing so we are representing that the nicotine concentration contained in our e-liquid is 2.4% of the overall weight of the liquid.

How do I use a disposable e-cigarette?
To use blu® disposables, just follow these three simple steps:
- Remove the rubber cap from the mouthpiece at the end of the disposable.
- When first using the disposable, it is recommended that you take a few short draws (lasting about 2-3 seconds) to aid in moving e-liquid within the device towards the heating element.
- As you inhale, the blue LED tip on the end of the disposable will illuminate.

How do I know when my disposable is empty?
When you notice a decline in the amount of vapor produced after each puff, and the blue light at the tip no longer illuminates when you puff, then it’s time to throw away the disposable vape.

Why would I buy a disposable instead of your rechargeable electronic cigarettes?
Our disposables are a great low-cost, convenient way to try electronic cigarettes, and they are ready to vape right out of the box. Disposables require no charging or refilling and are also a great option if you want a low-fuss vaping product.

Can you recharge or refill a blu® Disposable e-cigarette?
No, blu® Disposable e-cigarettes are intended for one-time use only and cannot be disassembled. Disposables contain an internal tank pre-filled with-e-liquid and include an internal battery that is not rechargeable. When the disposable no longer produces vapor, it should be discarded. Always follow your state and local disposal and/or recycling guidelines and contact your local waste management company if you require additional information.

We recommend you always observe local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding any product disposal and/or recycling guidelines.

How do I charge the blu PLUS+® Device?
The battery is shipped with a partial charge; however, for best performance with first-time use, it is recommended that you completely charge the device before using it.
Complete the following steps to charge the device:
- Remove the battery and the USB charger from the package.
- Screw the battery into the USB charger.
- Plug the USB charger into a USB port. The light on the charger will glow red while the battery is charging. The light will glow blue once the battery is fully charged.
- Remove the USB charger from the port once the battery is fully charged.
NOTE: Do not leave the battery in the USB charging port for more than 24 hours.

How do I know when my blu PLUS+® Device needs to be recharged?
When the blue LED at the tip of the e-cigarette flashes approximately 30 times, the device needs to be recharged.

How do I use or change my blu PLUS+® Tank?
To use a blu Tank™, complete the following steps:
- Peel off film from the sealed storage tray to remove one tank.
- Remove the silicone cap from the end of the tank.
- Remove the pull tab from the other end of the tank.
- Screw the tank into the battery.
blu Tanks™ are sealed until the silicone cap and pull tab are removed, but if for some reason you get fluid from the tank on your skin, wash the affected area under water. Once a tank is empty, it will not produce vapor and can be replaced.
Do not remove the sticker from the blu Tank™ unit until you are ready to use the tank.

bluNation® REWARDS

How does bluNation® Rewards work?
To become a Participant of the bluNation Rewards Program (the “Program”) you must be 21+ tobacco user and register on blu.com, where you may need to provide a US government ID to use for third party age verification purposes. Registration is free and can be completed on the blu.com website. You must certify that you are a smoker who is 21 years of age or older by accepting the Terms and Conditions.
The Program is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are smokers 21 years of age or older.
You can earn bluNation rewards points by participating in Program activities (i.e., surveys and polls) and entering claims codes from products. Participants will earn 1,000 Points upon joining the Program. A list of activities can be found on the bluNation Rewards page.
All blu products have a bluNation claims code printed on the inside of each pack. Each code may be entered one (1) time only. Participants can upload codes to add points to their bluNation online account. Participants can redeem their points for exclusive merchandise, e-Gift cards, and more, except where prohibited.

What are my bluNation® Rewards options?
Rewards may include exclusive merchandise, e-Gift cards, and more, except where prohibited. Rewards on blu.com will vary and are only available to redeem while supplies last.
You cannot redeem a reward unless you have accumulated the required corresponding number of points in your account.

How do I track my Rewards order?
We will advise you on the status of your order through emails. If you redeemed points for a $5 retail coupon, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the coupon to be delivered. If you ordered anything else, you should receive information about your rewards order via email in 5-10 business days with instructions or next steps.
Once Points have been redeemed for a reward, they may not be transferred, returned or refunded to an account for any reason, including if the reward is stolen or lost. However, please note that some municipalities have local regulations that prohibit us from sending vaping coupons to their residents. In these instances, the order will not be fulfilled, and any points redeemed will be added back to your account.

How long do my bluNation® points last?
To keep your points in an active state you must complete at least one of the following activities every 180 days (6 months):
- Upload a bluNation rewards claims code to your account, or
- Redeem points from your blu.com account.
If you have not completed at least one of these activities after a consecutive 180-day period (6 months), your bluNation account becomes inactive and all available points are removed and cannot be added back to your account.

What is my bluStatus?
bluStatus is an achievement within the bluNation® Rewards program where exclusive rewards are unlocked to those that have accumulated a minimum of 2,000 points. If you have gained bluStatus the exclusive rewards will be available to you as options to redeem. Limited quantities of bluStatus rewards are available and are subject to change without notice.
Once you reach bluStatus you will remain at this level. However, if your account is inactive for more than 180 days, all Points earned will expire and will be removed from your account.

What will happen to my bluNation® points now that you don't sell blu® products on blu.com?
Although blu® no longer sells online at blu.com, the bluNation® program will still run as usual and your membership and reward points balances will not be impacted by this change. While you can no longer earn or apply points on blu.com purchases, you can continue to earn points through purchases of blu® at your local retailer and through our online partners with proof of purchase, and through other bluNation® activities. You may redeem bluNation® points for exclusive merch, e-Gift cards (except where prohibited), and more at blu.com.

How do I update my account information or email address?
Complete the following steps to update your account information or email address:
- Log in to the blu.com website.
- Click My Account from the top right of the main navigation menu.
- On the Account Overview, update any relevant information, including your email address related to your user account.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the form.
Note: If you have an account with another website under ITG Brands, your account information changes will be applied to these websites as well.

How can I remove myself from your email list?
You can remove yourself from the email list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the last email you received.

I updated my account information. Why am I being asked to be age verified again?
Your account details must match the information that was provided during the age verification process. If there are any changes to this information you must go through the age verification process again.

I don't have an account. How do I register?
Complete the following steps to create an account:
- Go to blu.com and click the Create an Account button located to the right.
- Enter all required information.
- Click the Verify Me button. This will initiate the age verification process, which is required to create an account or log in to blu.com.
- Once the age verification process is complete, enter a valid email address and password for your account.
- Agree to the bluNation® Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- Click Register.
Your account will be automatically created, and you can log in to the blu.com website.

What if I've lost or forgotten my password?
Go to blu.com and click the Forgot Password link located on the left. Follow the instructions provided. You can also change your password by going to My Account. If you experience any problems while resetting your password, you can also contact our customer service team at 1-888-207-4588.
Note: If you have an account with another website under ITG Brands, your password will also be reset for these accounts as well.

Age Verification
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account on blu.com.
Age Verification Process Overview
In order to enter blu.com, you are required to create an account that will be age verified as part of the account creation process. Age verification is performed automatically and is validated through Veratad, our third-party age verification system. It may take up to 2 business days for the age verification process to be completed.
Note that if you change your address information under My Account for any reason, you will undergo the age verification process automatically.
Users Outside of the US Including US Territories
We are unable to age verify those who reside outside of the United States. This also applies to US territories including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Acceptable forms of ID if Required for Age Verification
Identification options include the following valid forms of government-issued photo identification: Passports (from any country- with English translation), Green Cards or Permanent Resident Cards, Visas (from any country- with an English translation), Military IDs (must be photographed front and back), Driver’s Permits, and Driver’s Licenses of any country with an English translation.
All identification must contain a photo, date of birth, valid address and must not be expired. Photocopies are not accepted. Proper identification must have a US address that matches the address entered in your blu.com account information.

Update: blu's response to FDA's Marketing Denial Order
As part of the marketing regulations for all vapor products in the United States, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) required manufacturers to file applications by September 2020. Since that time, the agency has been conducting scientific reviews of those applications. The FDA has been issuing its decisions regarding these products on a rolling basis since late last year. On April 8, the FDA issued marketing denial orders (MDOs) for a number of ITG Brands myblu pod-based vapor products.
We are disappointed with the FDA’s decision and disagree with the scientific evaluation and conclusions they reached. We believe our products meet the regulatory requirements and plan to use the administrative appeals process to convince the agency that approval should be granted. Based on past practice, we expect the FDA will not seek to enforce the MDOs while this appeal remains ongoing, and we therefore expect the products to remain in the market during this period.
